以主题/话题为单位去练习表达 ，练习时想象你在跟朋友对话，不着急切换话题，一个话题反复练习透。
在等车时、洗澡时任何碎片时间都可以练习。
另外话题要选择自己感兴趣的，有想表达的，可以根据难度循序渐进。
练习的时候也可以尽量把最近学到的内容融入进去，或者围绕最近学习的知识展开话题。
