I found that people seem to lose the ability of listening to others.
There are many reasons for this.
First, we have many ways to record things, like audio and video. And we may depend on that so we can‘t concentrate on what people say.
Second, the world is too noisy and there's too much information. We don't want to listen that.
Third, the way we get information has changed. Short videos are everywhere. We watch short videos too much so we don't want to listen to long and deep things.
I've found that these days, people are losing the ability to listen. And there are quite a few reasons behind this.

Firstly, we have a lot of ways to record things, like making audio and video recordings. Gradually, we've grown rather dependent on these recording methods. As a result, we often fail to focus on what others are saying in the moment.
Secondly, our world is filled with an overwhelming amount of noise and information, and there's always so much going on around us, making it hard for us to focus on listening.

Besides the influence of noise and excessive information, the way we access information has also changed significantly, which also affects our listening ability.
