1、K. 安德斯・埃里克森 K. Anders Ericsson 是一万小时定律的提出者，他是佛罗里达州立大学的教授；
2、一万小时定律的核心理论：在一个领域要达到精通的高水平，需要一万小时的刻意练习。在某个领域刻意练习花的时间越多，就会做得越好。
3、这个定律的来源是，K. 安德斯・埃里克森教授研究了职业运动员、世界级音乐家、国际象棋大师等角色中处于顶尖水平的人，发现他们都投入了一万个小时的练习时间。因此得出了一万小时理论。
