Our thoughts are easy to make us anxiety and overthinking.
There have two kinds of typical bad thoughts.
The first kind is to talk to yourself about bad things. Like always think I can't do it. This will limit our action.
The second kind is easy to think things very bad. For example, we had bad experience in the past, our brain maybe think every similar situation will be the same bad.
This two bad thoughts will make many trouble for our life. We should stop them.

Our thoughts can trap us in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and overthinking, preventing us from living our best lives.
There are two typical types of negative thoughts that often plague us.
trap /træp/ v.
self-doubt /ˌself ˈdaʊt/ n.
overthinking /ˌəʊvəˈθɪŋkɪŋ/ n.
plague /pleɪɡ/ v.
The first type is negative self-talk. If you constantly tell yourself, "I'm so stupid" or "I can't do this," you gradually start to believe these words.
gradually /ˈɡrædʒuəli/ adv.
This not only undermines your self-esteem but also restricts your actions. You may avoid taking on new challenges or opportunities because your thoughts convince you of failure.
self-esteem /ˌself ɪˈstiːm/ n. 自尊
For instance, when faced with a new project at work, instead of seeing it as a chance to grow, you might think, "I'm not smart enough to handle this, I'll surely mess it up," and thus shy away from it.
The second type is the tendency to assume the worst. For example, if we've had a bad experience in the past, our brain might over-generalize and assume that every similar situation in the future will be just as bad.
tendency /ˈtendənsi/ n. 倾向
over-generalize /ˈəʊvə(r) ˈdʒenrəlaɪz/ v.
Suppose you once had a poor performance in a job interview. Ever since then, whenever you have another interview coming up, you automatically think, "This is going to be a disaster just like last time. I won't get the job anyway."
automatically /ˌɔːtəˈmætɪkli/ adv. 自动地
This kind of thought pattern can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety, and it may even prevent you from performing to the best of your ability.
